With it being the 150th years anniversary of the Alice in Wonderland book, what better reason is there to have a wonderland themed event?!
Eventic Children’s Events are hosting the Mad Hatter’s party at The Vine in Sheffield (S6 2UW) 12-4 on the 14th of March to raise money for the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.
The venue will be transformed imto a fairytale wonderland that will take adults back to their childhood and give the children a chance to let their imaginations run free.
There will be plenty of activities on the day including arts & crafts, face painting, refreshments and even a visit from Alice to perform readings. plus much more to keep everyone entertained and raise money for the charity at the same time.
Tickets are £3 if purchased in advanced and £4 on the day, anyone over 12 (including adults) or below the age of 2 are given free entry allowing fun for the whole family. All proceeds go to the charity and will help them with the building of their new ward and make it better campaign.
The Children's Hospital, Sheffield is one of only 4 stand-alone children’s hospitals in the UK. The charity’s role is to provide over and above the standard NHS provision, enhancing the hospital and matching world class equipment with existing world class expertise. By helping with fundraising and donations it is possible to build a new wing in the hospital to allow children to have more comfortable and modern rooms that will also mean their parents are able to stay with them comfortably.
